Acle United shared the points with local rivals Blofield United, after a 2-2 draw that the teams can reflect was a fair result for both clubs.
The Beavers went into an early lead when they made space down the right-hand side before tucking the ball just inside the far post. Oliver was looking dangerous for the visitors and he nearly doubled the lead when shooting narrowly wide.
The A's then began to force their opponents back as they went in search of an equaliser, and man of the match Stephen Drake was causing plenty of problems for the Beavers with his pace and close control. Peacock beat two men but his cross flashed across the goal with nobody able to supply the last touch.
A foul on Malin saw referee Read play the perfect advantage to allow Drake to drive to the edge of the Blofield box before crashing home the equaliser from 25 yards out.
Forder was busy in midfield and had a shot tipped over the bar, before playing in Sandell who brought another good save by the visiting keeper.
The teams turned around all square and it was Blofield who had the first chance after the restart, as Wright powered his shot inches over. Thacker had a shot beaten away and then Peacock played in the same player, but once again the ball was deflected away for a corner.
Oliver ran free into the box but Foreman was quick off his line to snuff out the danger. Daniel Foreman then beat two men before seeing his shot saved. Blofield took the lead when Alan powered a header home from a corner, as the home defence failed to pick up their markers.
Bibby almost made it 2-2 by the keeper produced another brilliant save before Thacker looked certain to score but his shot went inches wide of the far post. Then came the second of two fantastic goals as Drake nearly broke the back of the net with power packed finish for 2-2.
A rare mistake by Foreman saw Oliver blast wide, before the large crowd saw Drake denied his hat-trick with a powerful shot that flashed inches wide. Sandell fell awkwardly and broke his hand in two places in what was a match played in good spirits and very well handled by Read who had a good game in the middle.
Acle continued to attack and Peacock could not convert Drake's opportunity, and the game finished all square at 2-2 to mark the end of a rebuilding season for Acle as both teams managed to avoid the drop out of the Premier Division.
